Hot-Air Balloon to Take Tourists 20 Miles Above Earth

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A space-tourism company announced it has successfully completed the first small-scale test flight of a high-altitude balloon and capsule being developed to let tourists to float 20 miles above Earth. Tuscon-based World View Enterprises said Tuesday that it launched the flight last week from Roswell, New Mexico.
